Are the gym and wellness center the same membership?
They operate as separate businesses, so memberships and pricing are separate. We do offer special pricing for those who wish to bundle both services.
Can I do wellness on the same day as my workout?
Yes—many members train first, then use recovery services afterward (or on rest days) to stay consistent.
I’m new—what should I start with?
Start with a gym class if your goal is fat loss/strength, or wellness if your goal is recovery/stress relief. If you tell us your goals, we’ll recommend the best starting plan.
