As an experienced fitness specialist, I am passionate about helping people reach their fitness and nutrition goals for the long haul. With my certifications in personal training and holistic nutrition, I'm committed to creating lifestyle changes that people can stick with for the long term.

My mission is to empower and support individuals in health and wellness through knowledgeable strategies that drive healthier habits and lasting success. I also am a Breathwork Facilitator assisting individuals with breathing techniques to benefit their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

While I was tackling my own weight loss journey in 2016, I fell in love with the gym and found my passion in group fitness.

When I started, I was almost 40 years old, overweight, and unsure of everything. I have never worked out before. Julie helped me lose 35 pounds and showed me how to take my power back.

Now it's my goal to help others find theirs too. I absolutely love lifting heavy! Getting stronger, knocking out goals, and gaining confidence is the real glow up... fat loss is a natural result of hard work and I promise it's never too late to start. I'm so excited to be a part of your journey!

My approach intertwines the power of mindset with engaging workouts and motivational tunes. I specialize in empowering women with the knowledge to navigate their menstrual cycle, harmonize hormonal fluctuations, and handle peri-menopause with confidence.

My goal is ensuring they not only meet their weight loss objectives but also flourish throughout perimenopause and beyond.
